We would like to thank you once again for a remarkable and memorable experience in incredible India. We had an amazing time and this was thanks to the Greaves team, which was constantly by our side with any help that was required.
The guided tours were very nice and the so were the chauffer drives from one place to another. The rooms in each hotel were exquisite. The whole itinerary set up was perfect which left us with relaxed time to enjoy every minute of our trip and the change of plans to go to Ranthanbhore was rewarding as we did see a tiger!!!
We have already recommended your offices to friends who plan to visit India.

I have not filled in my questionaire on return from our recent holiday because I wanted you all to know personally how grateful we are for the most excellent service provided to us by Greaves.
Everyone who looked after us - the local agents and tour guides - were courteous, efficient and highly motivated. All did their job (and more) to perfection. Special mention must be made of Anil, our driver throughout, who as well as being a great driver, became a friend who was always there when we needed him. The hotels you allotted to us were very good and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed being at Sawai Madhopur Lodge - and we saw a tiger!
So, all in all, we would like to thank and congratulate all the Greaves staff who looked after us - you gave us a wonderful time.

We got back home yesterday after a wonderful trip to India. We canÕt thank you enough for all you did to make it happen. It was unanimous from the five of us that Greaves did an outstanding job with everything. We had great tour guides, a great and patient driver and the accommodations could not have been better. Greaves representatives met us everywhere we went. There was never any question of where or how we would meet up with them. That tour group gets an A+++ from us with a very high recommendation.
We saw all of the highlights in the areas we explored. We all agreed the Taj Mahal is probably the most beautiful building in the world. Words do not do it justice and we still are marveling we were there. After the Taj we went to the Agra Fort. Our tour guide had connections and we were able to go into back rooms that are not open to the public. Jaipur is a definite must. We all really liked it there and could have spent more time exploring. Delhi is a big city and it should be a must see. All flights were on time and the airports are really nice and clean.
Thanks again for a phenomenal trip.

We are back home as of yesterday afternoon, and I just had to write you to say how much we enjoyed our trip to India with Greaves.
I must admit that after reading several travel books in the final two weeks before our trip (esp. Culture Shock! India), I had some concerns. You may have sensed this in my calls and e-mails. However, the Greaves team of guides and drivers made travel in India a real pleasure. From the airport, through the streets and points of interest, and on the road, we always felt we were in excellent care, and the experience was seamless from place to place. Everyone on your team was an expert and very helpful. Special kudos to Daniel Dexter in Delhi and our amazing driver, Raju.
Cheryl and I were extremely happy with the Oberoi properties and the Rambagh Palace (we would not have missed this incredible place, even though we agree that the Oberoi level of service surpasses what we found there). The cooking demo and visit to Devra was a real high point and highly recommended; Jyoti is a wonderful spirit. Everywhere we experienced great hospitality, amazing sights, and experiences we will long remember.
Most of all, we want to thank you for all of your help from the genesis of this trip through to the end. You provided information and support at every juncture, expert advice, returned every e-mail and phone call, cheerfully helped us cancel and get refunds after the Mumbai attacks last year, and gave us reliable, tireless service with professionalism and warmth. We are very, very grateful, and ask that you forward this e-mail to your supervisor to let him/her know how thrilled we are with your work.

I am writing to tell you again how very much Mrs Leckie and I enjoyed our recent holiday around The Golden Triangle.
As you know, I was very anxious that my friend would find India as fascinating as I do, and I think I can safely say that she did. We were treated like royalty, and made to feel very special indeed - all due to your careful arrangements which operated like clockwork.
All the guides were charming, informative, helpful - and so very patient especially on our shopping sprees! Our driver Rajesh was very good and careful. We thought it a miracle we drove around 800 miles without one mishap, considering the road hazards that prevailed! And it was a delight to stay in these beautiful hotels, some of which I had visited before but just for lunch. How very honoured we felt, to stay in these spectacular palaces. The highlight must be the special dinner we had at the Umaid Bhawan Palace Hotel, in the pavilion, with players and dancers, culminating in a fireqorks display. We could hardly believe it was all real. Swaroop was a star in the way he looked after us that evening. Truly a night to remember.
Please pass on our sincere thanks to all who looked after us along the way - too many to mention individually, but all collectively resposible for ensuring we had the holiday of a lifetime.

Having just returned from a trip to India and Bhutan, my wife and I cannot recommend Greaves enough. Not only was their advice and and first hand experience invaluable (and accurate!) in planning the itinerary to suit us, but their friendly and attentive attitude made the whole experience a smooth and enjoyable process. Indeed, I was a little concerned before departing that we were missing something, as it all seemed a bit too hassle-free!
The representatives we were met by at every stage of the journey were always on time and could not have been more helpful and friendly. One even arrived on the aeroplane before we had got off and ushered us quickly through all the airport security with none of the waiting! One of the best things about the holiday was that we could relax, as the burden of organization and timings was taken out of our hands - Greaves took care of all of that.
I imagine it would be tough to find any other operator with a better knowledge of the region or such good relationships with the travel industry in the Indian sub-continent. Thank you for the holiday of a lifetime!

As always, we had an amazing time in India and Alex and I were greatly impressed with Greaves from beginning to end.
We were particularly taken with the new Taj property, the Nadesar Palace, which excelled in every area. In contrast, we were somewhat disappointed with the food in terms of quality and selection/menus at the Oberoi in Agra.
Greaves will certainly hear from us when next we plan another Indian adventure.

As you probably gathered from the tour report, we had a fantastic time which we will remember for the rest of our lives. [We saw tigers on both days at Ranthambore Ð on one occasion a female walked past our jeep only 2 to 3 metres away!] The itinerary worked really well overall Ð no problems or illness at all - the accommodation varies from good to truly outstanding Ð and the service provided by your reps/drivers in India was absolutely brilliant Ð efficient, helpful and so friendly... A very big 'thank you' from us to you, and please pass our thanks on to all your colleagues also.
